This page on the site contains a good summary of what's gone in the recent past with the Midtown Plaza area, including the 2006-era proposed Italian mall. Well worth a read.

Also worth noting is the parking plan and the schedule. According to WXXI, PAETEC has selected Gilbane, Inc. of Providence, Rhode Island to develop the building. Local contractors and architects are still in the picture, as they darned well ought to be.
